Soulmates episode featuring Bill Skarsgård and Nathan Stewart-Jarrett

AMC recently premiered the new series, Soulmates, by William Bridges and Brett Goldstein, with each episode a self-contained story within the shows premise. The recent fourth episode ‘Layover’, follows a hookup between Bill Skarsgård and Nathan Stewart-Jarrett.

Science has uncovered a discovery fifteen years in the future that will transform the life of everyone on the globe – a test that will tell you who your soulmate is without a doubt. In ‘Layover’, Skarsgård’s character Mateo is flying to meet his soulmate in Colombia, making a stopover in Mexico where he meets Jonah, played by Stewart-Jarrett.

The British series features a diverse cast with new performers for each episode. Goldstein has recently been on screen as Roy Kent on the Apple TV+ hit Ted Lasso. Along with Black Mirror writer William Bridges, the pair co-created and co-wrote the series which was picked up for a second season in August, just before season one began airing.
